Double talking scammers who think fresh paint puts them above the law

Small, free laundry, decent tub
Cons
Yard and ally are filled with trash. Manager is rude and is about 40% responsive. Floors are made of such a shitty material that any high traffic areas will have buckles and shards of the paneling will literally stick out and stab you. They locked up the fire escape Non responsive to serious safety issues, Roaches in all of the apartments. rats in the alley/yard. Unfortunately, since it is a small building under 6 units, many NYC tenant protections do not apply.
