    Pros:
    Nice and renovated building, great landlords! amazing laundry room.
    Cons:
    Mold in some corners of the house.

    Kind landlord who lives in building and very responsive
    Cons:
    Some issues with leaks during bad rain storms (poor management of adjacent buildings); not a lot of restaurants in neighborhood; only C line access
