    Don’t walk, run away

    Pros:
    Apartment would be nice if owner was responsive
    Cons:
    Landlord is unresponsive, unaccountable and not trustworthy.
    Advice to owner:
    We should treat others well according to our faith, instead of excluding others based on it.

    This has the potential to be a wonderful unit if you treated your tenants fairly. This would translate to more income for you if you had the savvy.
