Slumlord apartment — don’t rent!

Mail doesn’t come here. House is infested with mice and spiders on the top apartment and rats on the bottom. Ceiling leaks. Mold. Ants. Poor ventilation. And the worst part is the landlord/owner is unresponsive, has a nasty attitude, refuses to fix anything. He knows about all of these issues and ignores them all. He ignores texts and calls about serious issues, such as pictures of mice in apartment. He is a crook, a scammer, and a criminal. Do not be fooled by the “doctor” credentials. This man also tries to sleep with his tenants (he only approves Black female tenants for this location for this reason). Please be aware and be careful!
