Overpriced and Negligent

Pros:
My apartment is the largest in the building, With a washer and dryer in unit. That’s it.
Cons:
Dog poop in the hallways, constant neighbors who are screaming from 6am, doors slamming all hours of the day, people running down the stairs like elephants, need repairs but every time I call they come within 2 weeks, they consistently don’t pay their electricity bill, the electric heating costs me half my rent, the AC continues to be broken. They gave this building a hatchet job of a face lift. They don’t fix anything they just tape it and call it a day. Rat infestation the entire winter of 2024. Office has so much turnover that I’m talking to someone new every 6 months. They are disorganized and negligent. But I suppose that is the NYC standard.
