It’s it’s not fully renovated don’t move in all they doing is patch work.

The neighborhood is very good
Cons
The whole building has mold. The windows have air coming in. Had plastic on the windows. The bathroom has no real ventilation that’s build more mold. They keep painting over the mold instead of fixing the issues. The heat boards have air coming in from them because they weren’t installed correctly.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants not your contractor who wants to make money and fix the issue the tenants have.
