    Small rooms and Pricey

    Pros:
    Everything you need is near.
    Good neighborhood to live in!
    Landlord is friendly and helpful.
    Cons:
    Small rooms, pricey,
    Owner try’s to fixed problems slow but steady.
    All the apartments are studios with master bedrooms split in half to make a 2 bedroom apartment. For more profit monthly!!!
    Advice to owner:
    can do better on the rent due to the small rooms.
