Pros:
Nice noise control between rooms in apartment. High ceilings. Nice size windows. Came with TV
Cons:
Can hear outside perfectly. Noise from upstairs neighbors easy to hear. Appliances barely work. Expensive with few amenities..
Advice to owner:
Actually fix your properties before moving people in.

Good location cool roof
Cons:
Water stone is terrible at responding, elevator hasn’t worked since we moved in. We were not told it wasn’t done yet. Some units have ants, others have roaches, exterminator did nothing. Poor water pressure. Way over priced units. Some units didn’t have working stoves, outlets, washers etc. Clown company
