Unsafe access and High Electricity Bill

Pros:
Close to the J train, good interior and size.
Cons:
Package gets stolen often, leasing office incapable to support. Electricity bill is super high here for no reason. Unsafe entrance, strangers can come in and out. Doesn’t support fiber internet.
Advice to owner:
Do something about the stolen packages…
