-Rodent and roach infestation -Co-owner of the building is too involved in the personal lives of tenants -Primary owner very slow to implement any safety measures for tenants -Apartment unit was broken into during the daytime. Only safety measures implemented was replacing my door and replacing door to roof access with a door that locks from the inside. -Building breached on multiple occasions by mentally ill (schizophrenic) neighbor who was carrying a weapon.
