The couple that owns the place is GREAT!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Any problem you have they are on it.
Fridge not cold ... new fridge on the way.
Saw a bug ... exterminator will be here by noon.
Best of all, they NEVER raise the rent.
Cons:
Rental unit is ground floor and doesn't get a ton of light.
Advice to owner:
More counter space.
