It’s a beautiful brownstone

Cons

You LIVE with your landlord You have to split duties with him such as taking out the trash?? Never fixes anything without hassle and wants you to assume sympathy for him as you are PAYING HIS MORTGAGE

do not rent out your apartment when you are renovating it

The landlord leaves at the same house and he uses the bathroom upstairs, and is the one who controls the heater and he found an excuse to not turning it on

Advice to the owners

Before you rent the rooms you should first fix the house and stop finding excuses
