Constant Disruption and Chaos
Pros
I loved being near the park, although it wasn’t consistently comfortable to spend time there and attracted lots of noise and sometimes dangerous encounters.
Cons
I had neighbors who were verbally and physically abusive to both humans and animals whether it be pets or stray animals. Constantly had packages stolen, and loud music playing throughout the night into the morning. The building looked “modern” but was very cheaply constructed. Front door locks were sometimes broken
Advice to the owners
Definitely figure out a way to protect your renters
