Where to start, we had mice issues for the past 6 months. Took months of 311 notices and emails for the landlord to finally do something about it.
The super is a bum, we complained about faulty electrical, washing machine breaking down and literal water leaks in the ceiling. He will either tell us to handle it or he says he will look into it and never does lol. We had to repair most issues of our apartment ourselves because the guy is so unreliable lol.
Pretty sure one of the units is an illegal Airbnb, people I’ve never seen before with suitcases coming up during the summer months.
The block that the building is on is the HOOD. Random block parties til like 2 am, the man in the gray SUV that parks nearby will blast music so loud it will shake the windows. People fighting all the time, there’s a lady on the block that sings whenever she fights with her partner. A couple months ago our street was taped off to investigate a shooting. Cop/ambulances/fire dept were all common occurrences on this block.
Advice to owner:
Lowe the rent, this place is not worth what you’re charging lol

Pros:
The apartments are nice and spacious. The first floor back apartment has a backyard and is a duplex.
Cons:
They moved the trash cans inside in the basement hallway which was next to bedrooms to deter rats, but it made the downstairs very stinky. The yard was nice but the neighbor had a trash yard so there were a lot of mosquitoes. The basement also did he some minor flooding
