    Unresponsive Property Manager and Super

    Spacious apartment
    Beautiful neighborhood
    Natural sunlight
    Great lighting
    Cons:
    Unresponsive Property Manager
    Lack of communication from PM (rarely response to emails or text)
    Unresponsive building super who doesn’t exhibit the skills of a professional
    Finishings in apartment are nice but not complete
    Leaks showing up more frequently due to water leak in bathroom and living room areas due to roofing patch up work
    Skylight leaking
    Advice to owner:
    Find a PM and building super that is consistent with communication so tenants feel heard and needs are addressed immediately
