Leaks like a sieve every time it Rains, Landlords just replasters

Quiet, nice neighborhood
Cons:
Won't fix the leaks, expensive and has cockroaches/ants
Advice to owner:
Fix ur shit and lower rent prices appropriately

Backyard. Nice maintenance man José.
Cons:
Laundry machines don’t work bc the wifi down there is shorty AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. Takes HOURS to get one load done if you’re even if you’re able to at all.
Advice to owner:
FIX PROBLEMS when we report them don’t take MONTHS and force us to nag and email and nag and call and nagggggggg.
