Recent reviews of 618 Bainbridge Street in Brooklyn highlight mixed experiences. Tenants appreciate the building's proximity to amenities but express concerns about pests, unannounced entries, and noise levels. Inconsistent rent payment methods and security deposit issues have been noted. Building management's invasive behavior and pest problems are recurring themes. However, positive feedback includes spacious rooms, good water pressure, and attentive trash removal. Suggestions for improvement include better pest control and increased respect for tenant privacy. Not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train, shops and laundromat nearby, balconies in unit, central AC
Cons:
No common spaces, issues with pests, washer/dryer in basement small/unclean, neighborhood sometimes feels unsafe

Property manager will let himself in unannounced, no respect for tenant boundaries

Noisy neighbors, no common spaces, Invasive Ownership
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large bedrooms, very sunny. Each room has a full private bath.
Cons:
Building super will walk in to your locked apartment at any moment without notice. They are inconsistent in how rent is accepted between apartments, ours was only allowed to pay by check, despite others using Zelle/Venmo. Ticks and bugs throughout the apartment, second floor had a rat problem. Noisy street, at the corner is liquor stop. Can be loud on weekend nights

Invasive and Non- Professional Property Manager
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are generally 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms on each floor.
They have a balcony and the first floor unit has access to a large backyard.
The landlord is easy to get into touch with.
Payments are done via Zelle, Venmo or pickup check/cash options.
Cons:
The property manager will walk in without notice into the property on a weekly basis.
Withheld Security deposit for regular repairs and will provide the deposit back once he's done spending the funds.
The property is old and infested with ants and other bugs. Had to manage infestation on our own.
The second floor has a rat/mouse problem.
