A GOOD DEAL

Pros

Updated appliances, two toilets, washer and dryer in basement, good location, clean building, amazing superintendent

Cons

No windows in the common area so not the best natural light, only one washer and dryer in the basement when there could easily be two

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.

Renovated apartments. Dishwasher. High ceilings. Pet friendly.

Cons

PAPER THIN walls. I can hear my neighbor clear their throat! Took months to properly address the rodent issue we had. The block is very busy and loud all the time.

Advice to the owners

Fix the basement to prevent rodents from entering the building. Massive hole near backyard door.
