Idiotic and Neglectful Management

Pros:
They've refurbished a few units
Cons:
Constant flooding and pipe problems, horrible quality renovations, the furnaces can't be controlled, management was awful at communicating and was condescending
Advice to owner:
Fix the pipes in your building before renting out units or provide compensation when a unit has been flooding for a month straight
