Main area is unclean, neighborhood is a lil sketchy, have heard gunshots, flooding has occurred. One room was disgusting when we moved in. Water is either really cold or scalding hot. After flooding there has been repairs needed that have not been accomplished. The locks on our doors are also flimsy feeling.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants. Clean you buildings. Give tenants an easy phone number to reach you or a property manager.
