Mice, squirrels, mold and roaches, oh my!
Pros
In unit laundry, lived close to good friends, close to subway.
Cons
Landlord was almost entirely unresponsive when issues arose, would take weeks of badgering before anything got done. There were squirrels living in the attic and mold in the basement, and mice throughout the building. Lots of roaches, and water damage constantly in the kitchen due to roof holes and basement holes. Poor grout management made for more mold and roaches to appear, stairs broke in half in the middle of the lease for both sets of tenants in building, and took 4 months to get the landlord to consider repairing. Too expensive for what the apartments were,
Advice to the owners
Please fix the whole building.
