right above subway C - short distance good value/price for the space
across street from hair barber shop that blast hip hop music during business hours have roach problems
Building is clean, apt is spacious, close to multiple train lines. Responsive management, electronic payments, pet friendly
One washer and dryer for her entire building; the system use for payment often crashes and you loose money. Experienced sewer flooding a couples time( terrible odor for days). garbage gets ransack by homeless ppl, strangers seating on building steps entrance, electric bill high. Claim a roof Acces however not available. Multiple incidents of violence outside the building due to train proximity.
Fix the sewer problem to avoid flooding, better system for the garbage,
