Cool place but bad pest problem

Pros:
- heat and A/C work great - no problems with rent payment system - close to train - clean
Cons:
- pet problem due to holes in the wall - slow responsiveness from owner - packages stolen often
Advice to owner:
Sure up the security and inspect homes before move-in.
