Unhelpful Management

Pros:
Proximity to subway Space/size of unit for price
Cons:
Cost of electric/heat- expect $150 for a single occupant and no heat use Apartment flooded and mold formed- owner did not clean up flood properly and took weeks to address mold Constant fly problem Roach problem Common areas often dirty Never gave security deposit back
Advice to owner:
Have better standards for the upkeep of your property and respect that you give to your tenants. Consider what living conditions YOU would want.
