Pros:
I have lived here for a long time. The neighbors in the building are nice and have pretty much all lived there for a long time.
Cons:
The owner sucks. He’s cheap. He doesn’t ever want to make repairs. He is either slow to respond or just never responds. There is no building super so things break down and aren’t maintained the way they should. The owner pays one of the ladies in the building to clean and organize the garbage, but she barely does that. He doesn’t even collect rent anymore. We just pay this little old lady. The front door to the building has been broken for years. None of the doorbells work for any apartment, leading to stolen packages. The mailboxes are broken.
Advice to owner:
Get a actually Building Super or Maintenance person. Fix the front door, fix the doorbells, install some kind of intercom system. Install some fire alarms in the hallways. You are a joke!!!
