Get health inspection in there asap so your rent can be lowered

Pros:
Close to grocery stores, bodegas and transportation
Cons:
Had flies rampant as well as mice and spiders infestation. Get an inspection on this building asap

great water pressure, stores are good
Cons:
rodents in the wall, mice, bugs, terrible stairs, poor management, way too overpriced for a loud and unclean neighborhood, the laundry room is practically useless the (free) dryer will not dry and the (1.75) washer is small, mold, broken doors and mirrors that fall all the time,
