The rooftop is nice.
This place has raccoons. If you call and complain the management company will pretend they have no idea what you’re talking about but it’s been a problem for years because the building next door was gutted and never finished. There are numerous leaks which cause mildew. And the management company will attempt to extort you for money when you apply.
