Renters approve of the building's owners
Furnished, heating. Close to a big station so transportation is easy. Hardwood floors and relatively tall ceilings.
Landlord was noisy and disrespectful, did not even check beforehand before dropping by,etc. The amenities were filthy, the fridge was super nasty. In front of an avenue so it was really loud at night since there were a lot of fights in the street, so it didn’t feel safe.
