Pros
Very close to the subway.
Cons
The temp rarely got above 60 degrees (not a typo) during one winter. Limited hot water. Rodents living in the ceiling. Creepy dude illegally sleeping in the unfinished basement. Neighbors party out front with loud music every single weekend night. They’d throw their kids dirty diapers out the window, along with empty liquor bottles. Neighborhood is very chaotic.
Advice to the owners
Hire actual licensed electricians/plumbers/etc to fix issues in the building, not that one creepy guy that was illegally sleeping in the basement.
