    Pros:
    Super is pretty nice
    Cons:
    Not very secure, frequent package theft and vagrants/drug users allowed to loiter directly out front which has proven dangerous multiple times. No punishment or control over tenants that are excessively noisy regularly. Not long ago someone was able to throw a rave in the basement (could hear it on the 2nd floor!), as there is no monitoring in place to prevent it.

    big building never had a problem with bugs or pests of any sort.
    Cons:
    landlord was rude and disrespectful and packages got stolen frequently
