Its okay, could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units are spacious and alot of great people in the building. Roof access
Cons:
Elevator was always slow and jammed. Rats often found in the basement and outside the building. The landlord is a terrible human being.
Advice to owner:
Be more human

Not sure this building is worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
- super high ceilings - roof deck - majority of neighbors are cool
Cons:
- no windows in 2/3 of our bedrooms - only one window in living area (hardly any natural light) - at least 3 of the washers/dryers are broken at all times - LEAKS ! ! ! - The basement floods almost every time it rains - lobby constantly smells like a dead rat - some of the neighbors are pretty inconsiderate about noise - rats in the basement
Advice to owner:
Stop raising the rent… especially if it’s just not worth it

Horrible management !
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors for the most part
Cons:
Non responsive and threatening ownership. When my room and window was infested with wasps they refused to even respond. Mice and cockroaches. They constantly threatened neighbors with eviction.
