Location is great and if you have a regular schedule you'll get used to the train noise
Landlords jacked the rent up crazy year over year and then begged me to stay. Maintenance went downhill. Super was a good guy. Lived there for 5+years
Clean the building, don't be so greedy, the amount people will pay to live so close to the train has a ceiling
