Owner is a small time Slum Lord

Pros:
This brownstone sits in a active neighborhood with nice people.
Cons:
The landlord and his step father are slumlords. They play games with the heat and think the tenants are stupid. They turn it off at night and then act like they don't know what happend. They do not treat for rodents or roaches. They only care about money and not the upkeep of the building
Advice to owner:
It's not just about money. Being a landlord is a responsibility.
