Where to begin? DO NOT LIVE HERE

Pros:
Each room has its own bathroom. Literally the only pro.
Cons:
Every problem takes 2 weeks and several visits from maintenance workers to fix. Dismissed problems with neighbors fighting & screaming at 4am.
Advice to owner:
Help out your tenants! Uphold your duty of keeping your tenants safe! They pay you, do right by them!

Decent building if you have impeccable sound mitigation

Pros:
- Very close to the subway - Decent bathrooms - Paragon is right below you - Pretty good management
Cons:
- Very close to the subway (Sound) - Paragon (Sound) - Shoddy build - Optimum refuses to repair internet service
Advice to owner:
Hold Optimum by the balls and make them fix the Apartment systems. Tenants can't get infrastructure fixes from the internet provider. Not Property Owner issue but makes it a living hell for the Tenants. They played ring around the Rosie with me for 10 months.
