Bugs and roaches
Unruly deafening and thunderous neighbors the management wont resolve
Take care of the tenants that actually pay you
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom - Only 2 apartment units - Easy access to the train
- Worst landlord I’ve ever dealt with E V E R. They respond when they feel like it, and you’ll never be able to actually speak to someone on the phone. Nearly impossible to get a hold of when you need them, but if they need you they won’t stop emailing you. Maintenance is not up to date. Hallways is always stinky.
