Beautiful brownstone, spacious living area
Pest and water issues
Lots of space, plenty of light, good appliances and pretty clean. The original property management guy was good, but unfortunately they brought it in-house and that took a downward turn.
It's just an old wet building given the landlord special on top. Had lots of water ingress problems and ants.
