Kept my entire security deposit and ghosted me

Pros:
Big windows in living room area.
Cons:
Old, thin walls, cockroaches, leaky ceiling that management did not properly repair for months, loud area right by J train (so close that the the building shakes every time it goes by), pipes in exterior walls that froze in the winter and flooded
Advice to owner:
Stop taking advantage of tenants
