Rodent problems the landlord has unlicensed people fix your issues because they charge him 200$ do not move here especially if you have small children please do not believe him when he say his old tenants didn’t pay rent the truth is he’s the problem this property is bad the landlord is horrible do not move here he take people from the shelter take the money for a year and raise your rent
