Nice apartment, not great neighborhood

Pros:
nice bedroom sizes and somewhat updated appliances. laundry in unit was a plus
Cons:
management was decent however they tried to withhold our security deposit until i threatened to call 311. the music venue across the street makes it absolutely impossible to sleep at night
