It’s a mouse house
Pros
The apartment is relatively modern, has nice appliances and bathroom hardware. The management company does respond, but just not effectively.
Cons
It’s a mouse infested hell hole. I must have seen about 10-15 mice in my apartment, and while they did call the exterminator 3x, none of it worked. They eventually ignored my emails and calls. They threatened to litigate me for withholding rent, but I couldn’t even live at my own place anymore. I’m not sure what was going on, but if someone is telling you they’re seeing 15 mice in your unit, as management, I would stop by. Not ignore someone after I feel like I’ve done enough.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of mice.
