Beware of a horrible owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stabilized apartment building
Cons:
I am a real estate broker 10+ years and came across this case. A couple applied for unit 4R and the owner accepted them. After they signed the lease and moved all their furniture and belongings inside the apartment, the owner then changed their mind, kicked them out and locked the apartment after changing the lock with their belongings inside!!! Inhumane treatment. Absolutely not acceptable. Do not rent here.
Advice to owner:
We are all human and we are all the same and nobody is above the law. Hope there will be a lawsuit. There will teach you a lesson. You cannot treat people like this.

Apartment was OK, landlord was horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Smaller apartment at a premium price but the roof space had nice views
Cons:
Roof was in bad shape and ever time it rained every apartment had water in it. Floors had zero insulation in it, could hear everyone’s conversation when they talked that how bad they were. Landlord was total slumlord. Turns out he never got the building certified for occupancy after a year of everyone in the building paying him rent. First floor unit ended up being evicted by Red Cross due to black mold. Just all around disgusting property owner.
