Problematic and scam artist landlord

Pros:
I loved living there even though i had numerous problems with the house and the landlord. The house is nice with tons of sunglight. Backyard is nice but needs a professionel cleaning for sure.
Cons:
Leaky roof (landlord refused to acknowledge), landlord is a scam artist who stole my one month deposit because of light fixtures i installed which he told me that they are gonna remove but it turned out they didnt. Had a problem with the washer-dryer which it took them 6 months to installed a different used one, plumbing is problematic as well. heating is not that great. noisy neighbors.
