    Neighbors are difficult.

    Pros:
    Building maintenance is responsive with repair and building issues.
    Cons:
    However our neighbors are difficult to live near. They are loud and messy.

    Gut renovated before we moved in (2016), hardwood floors, modern appliances, laundry in basement, cool location, responsive landlord (ticketing system, online rent pay)
    Cons:
    walls aren't super thick, living room doesn't have normal windows (there's a skylight which links directly to neighbors - and there's space where windows clearly go but they're bricked up for some reason?)
    Advice to owner:
    maybe be more selective with who you rent to, the neighbors are super loud
