Just our own experience, but we lived here for 3 years and had minimal issues, overall loved the building. Nice neighbors, no sound issues, backyard is relatively unused.
Garbage in front of building combined with vacant garage next door smells bad and attracts rats
Need more garbage bins

- Loud neighbors - Stolen packages - Basement flooding with rain - Mold - Central heating does not work - AC did not work and it took them multiple months in the summer to repair - Landlord is unresponsive - Found out our unit is zoned illegally
