My old home.

Pros:
Only thing I liked was the area.
Cons:
I didn’t like the backyard it wasn’t fixed up at all. While living there for the 5 years that I did it was rat infested the rats lived inside the walls and floors. The building is full of rodents!!!! outside of the house looks ran down. the inside when you enter is cool until you spend a night and hear all the rats crawling around and chewing at the walls so sad. Summer time the apartments have ants and other bug issues. The floors inside the house are going down and the tub as well on the first floor. Last but not least the backyard door is inside the bathroom.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of all tenants and gut that entire house out and fix it properly.
