Renters approve of the building's owners
Private backyard and have alot of space.
Basement is filthy animal droppings, dirt etc… and all the drains are clogged in the backyard. The Lanlord does not take care of the property sadly.
Clean out the basement a lot of dirt and debris, Water is leaking in the basement and fix the drains which cause water dirt and debris to stay in the yard.
