Landlord does not respond to tenant concerns despite raising rent prices. Could clean inside building and basement and fix washer dryer

Overall, Pretty Great

Pros

The neighborhood is very charming. The landlord is very responsive and helpful. The AC and heat is top notch. We rarely had any maintenance issues and saw no bugs/rodents.
