Sweet and Attentive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious, a full basement and backyard, 2 huge rooms, one medium room, and one very small room (flex office?). Quiet street.
Cons:
Very loud upstairs neighbors, extremely thin walls so you can hear everything in the apartment. The basement floods often.
Advice to owner:
Fix the basement flooding, install laundry, and add insulation to the walls for noise and temperature
