Nice street and they will clean the hallways once every two months maybe
Cons
No bathroom circulation. Lots of mold growth and impossible to keep it away because no circulation. When I moved in did not have carbon monoxide or smoke detector. Microwave was broken and he wouldn’t fix for awhile. Always trash in the front of building because not enough trash cans
Advice to the owners
More trash and recycling cans

The worst landlord ever
Pros
Spacious, brick walls, and big windows
Cons
The landlord sucks. He is unresponsive and drags his feet when you have a maintenance or pest issue.
