    It’s fine to live here but not a joy

    Pros:
    The supers are amazing.
    Location is pretty good.
    Apartment is decent size.
    Cons:
    Multiple plug sockets that don’t work.
    Water pressure is so bad the toilet won’t flush properly.
    Management is frustrating to deal with.
    Rats outside are a huge issue.
    Advice to owner:
    Do better.

    Better than most places I’ve lived in NYC

    Pros:
    Very high heat in winter, but personally I like that. The units are large with bedrooms on opposite ends. The neighbors within the building are mostly very nice and quiet. Building is across the street from a park in a nice tree lined street. Exposed brick in master bedroom.
    Cons:
    Neighbors in the building next door are very loud and play loud music at night. We had a roach problem for a while that we largely combated on our own. We were promised a storage unit but was never delivered.
    Advice to owner:
    Do regular pest control in the building.
