Beautiful building Friendly neighbors Great renovation Beautiful block

Cons

Roof leaked in my bedroom 5/6mo of my lease, never got solved. Like waking up to water hitting the floor. Bedroom gets insanely cold, heating unit struggles to warm it up — they say the windows are the culprit It’s like the things that truly mattered they struggled to fix, couldn’t take the chance to rent again.

Replace the roof not patch it!
